Yes it’s an American steak house but the Italian food from the risotto, pasta and desserts were authentically wonderfully Italian! The staff is very nice, accommodating, hard working and bilingual. We stayed in the adjoining hotel for a week of all day meetings.. the best part of the meetings was lunch and dinner. Eventhough we ate there all week it was never boring.. the menu they created was wonderful but I’ll warn you .. you will not leave HUNGRY! Every dish was fresh and amazing. A couple colleagues were vegan and vegetarian; they were not disappointed! If you’re travelling through Santhia it is worth stopping in for lunch / dinner or a drink at the bar for a game of pool!

I had an absolutely fabulous experience. The highlight of our meal was the Fiorentina, which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The location at the Golf Club of Cavaglià is very pleasant among the green course. Plenty of free parking and EV charging facilities including Tesla Supercharger. It's mainly a meat restaurant although it serves few fish dishes. The waiter is very much at the level with appropriate recommendations. Very attending. The quality of food is perfect.
